If a family unenrolls from PMA, they may receive a refund for the full amount of unused services beginning the following month after withdrawal. If a student unenrolls mid-month, the family will be responsible for payment through the remainder of that month.

PMA will report to Odyssey within five business days when a scholarship student withdraws from the school during the school year.

PMA will remit any refund amounts directly to Odyssey for deposit back into the student's scholarship account. PMA cannot directly refund a scholarship student or a parent of a scholarship student directly.

Scholarship students will not be charged different amounts or subject to different refund terms than other students enrolled in the same program.

PMA does not require a scholarship student to sign a contract waiving the student's right to transfer to another qualifying provider during the school year.
